ESR login page getting a makeover

From Monday (5 October), you’ll notice a new-look ESR when you login. The ESR login page has been redesigned to make it easier for you to get what you need done. The improvements include:

• details on planned maintenance so you can complete annual leave tasks, view payslips etc. in advance
• the ability to see ESR system statuses at a glance to identify if there are service issues, so you don’t need to report these to HR anymore!
• access to ESR video tutorials.

You don’t need to do anything to activate these new features, the web link and your account details will remain the same, just login as normal.

How to access your ESR account

1. Login to the ESR portal
2. Go to the new ‘Login to ESR’ button in the top right hand corner
3. Enter your existing username and password

Need assistance?

You can use the ‘Reset your Password’ portlet to generate a login link; this will be emailed to your work email address. If you are locked out of your account, please email Selina Jassal to request a password reset
