ESR access issues

As you may be aware, there have been some issues with accessing ESR since yesterday. This is due to a major national update to the system, which happened during the past few days.

The performance issues can affect users by:

  • preventing access to the system
  • not allowing the payslip, annual leave and e-learning sections to display.

The national ESR team is investigating the cause of the problem with the aim of finding an appropriate solution.

Please continue to try and login whenever practical.

e-learning

To access e-learning, click ESR Navigator followed by Employee Self-Service. There will be a link for ‘My Learning’, which will direct you to your mandatory training.

Appraisals for managers

If you’re a manager, click on ESR Navigator followed by Supervisor Self-Service (limited access). There will be a link for ‘Appraisals & Reviews’ to direct you to the appraisal page.

    just a query. I have been trying to access ESR learning but have been unable to do so since last week weds/thurs I have changed password but remains unable for me to access. comes up with:
    Login Failed. Please verify your login information or contact the system administrator
    I rang IT but they said it is not them. please could you let me know what to do. I await your response
