EPUT’s psychological support service – change to operating hours

The operating hours for the ‘coping with COVID’ support service are changing from Monday 3 August…

Remember, support is available to help you cope with the emotional impact of COVID-19.

The Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) offers a psychological support service for anyone working in health and social care in Essex – view the poster.

You can access the confidential service if you need help managing stress and emotional difficulties relating to COVID-19.

This is an additional service to the Employee Assistance Programme on offer by our HR team. It provides immediate, confidential help for health and social care professionals who are dealing with unprecedented levels of stress owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The coping with COVID service is available:

If you contact the service, you will be asked about your worries and concerns. You will receive appropriate support, which may include online resources or a phone or video call with a psychological therapist or qualified psychologist.
