Epping Forest Youth Councillors launch new school project

MiLife is a national project commissioned by young people for young people, exploring how everyone can experience better emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Following a COVID-19 Health and Wellbeing survey, MiLife C19 and the Epping Forest Youth Councillors will be helping give young people what they need to build their emotional resilience during this pandemic.

MiLife C19 will include a website with information about COVID-19 and resources, tips and coping mechanisms to support wellbeing, as we know young people are finding things tough. There will also be a series of fun, informative and exciting workshops delivered directly into secondary schools in the Epping Forest district.

As an introduction into the work being carried out, the Youth Council has produced a short film. Please support our young people’s efforts by watching the MiLifeC19 film.
