Don’t forget your face mask!

Face coverings mandatory in shops and supermarkets from Friday 24 July…

From Friday, as well as your shopping bags, phone, purse or wallet make sure you’ve also got your face mask with you when you pop to the shops!

The Government announced last week that you must wear a face covering in shops and supermarkets from Friday 24 July. This is to protect those around us and help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

While the numbers of COVID-19 cases have fallen, the virus has not gone away. By wearing a mask you can feel confident you are taking the necessary steps to help keep those numbers low.

If you choose not to wear a face covering the shop may refuse you entry. Please remember to carry your mask with you and put it on while you do your shopping.
