Don’t delay, complete your appraisal paperwork today!

If you’re a line manager, you need to complete any outstanding appraisal paperwork for members of your team as soon as possible.

Once complete, please send all forms to the Organisational Development and Learning (ODL) team at ccg.training@nhs.net.

It’s important you take action, as it will ensure the ODL team can plan any relevant training for staff. Additionally, they have to provide the STP with the relevant CCG appraisal compliance data at the end of the appraisal window.
