Princess Alexandra Hospital is offering to hold a flu clinic at Spencer Close, Epping on Tuesday 2 November for all CCG staff.

To help the team get an idea of how many people would like to take the offer and to manage the session, please spare one minute to complete this short survey.

You’ll be asked if you would like to have the flu jab and if so, what time slot you’d prefer. Please include your email address if you’d like the jab so we can get back to you with confirmation of your appointment.

If you’re unable to make it to Spencer Close on Tuesday 2 November, you can also get your flu jab at a walk-in session at Wych Elm in Hamstel Road, Harlow tomorrow (Friday 22 October), 8.30am to 1pm.

Remember to take along your ID.

If your GP has invited you to have the flu jab, please take up the offer as soon as you can and don’t wait for the session at Spencer Close.
