Direct dial numbers and forwarding phones

Make sure you’re contactable during office hours…

If you use your direct dial-in (DDI) number, please remember to include it on your email signature.

This will help take pressure off the person on reception freeing them up to do other tasks.

If you’re going to be out of the office, remember you can forward your phone to your work mobile (if applicable). For those who don’t have a mobile your voicemail will automatically pick up the call.
