COVID email signatures available to download

Get the latest banner for your email signature…

Following a number of requests from staff, get the latest COVID-19 email banners to support the government’s campaign.

You can add one of the ‘Hands. Face. Space.’ images below to your email signature by following the six steps below:

1. Click on the image
2. Right click in the image and select Copy image
3. Go to your MS Outlook inbox and open a New email
4. Go to the Insert menu and click Signatures…
5. Select the signature you want to edit
6. Paste the image into the bottom box and save the changes
