Covid-19: Daily communications update 23.04.20, 16:01hrs

General

  • Staying safe during Ramadan – today marks the start of Ramadan. Public Health England has produced a new blog on why it’s important to continue to follow social distancing and shield vulnerable people during Ramadan. Read the blog from PHE online.
  • Coping with lockdown – in this week’s staff briefing we heard from Naomi Hunt, who shared some tips on coping with lockdown and working from home. Next Tuesday, we hope to hear from Cathy Saunders and Judy Hiscott. If you’d like to share your experience on how you’re coping with working from home during the lockdown, get in touch with the Comms team. You can speak to colleagues direct on a future staff briefing call or share your hints and suggestions via AskHUE. Either way, the team would love to hear from you.
  • ID badges – if you need a new staff ID badge, please send a request to the Comms team. Your email must include the following details:
    • Name
    • Job title
    • Address – so we can send it via the post
