  • ID badges – if you need a new staff ID badge, come along to the Communications office in Building 1 on Tuesday (31 March). Fikile will be onsite between 9.30am and 12.30pm printing replacement badges. She can also take your photo. If you have any questions, please email the Comms team.


  • Remote working – the IT team has put together some Remote working guidance to help you when working from home. The guidance includes the following items:
    • Laptop connection
    • Email
    • Remote access
    • Mobile phones
    • WhatsApp group messaging
    • Desk phone diverts
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Webex
    • Conference call lines


  • Invoices – please clear any invoices that can be paid from your workflow by 4pm today. You should also continue to work to resolve any disputes before 31 March. If you have any queries, please contact Amber Gale or Elise Ryan.
