Completing your ESR mandatory training

Thank you to everyone who has completed the Data Security Awareness (IG) mandatory training. The CCG is now 95% compliant.

Please make sure you complete any outstanding mandatory training as soon as possible.

Step-by-step process

• Login to the ESR portal
• Go to My Learning on the left-hand menu
• Select the Certifications tab
• Make sure the certification says Active (click on Inactive and select Apply)
• Click the Play button on the right-hand side to launch the training.
