Check your personal details on ESR

Make sure your information is up to date…

As we continue to work towards the transition to an ICB, it is more important than ever to have all of our personal data up to date and accurate.

Ahead of this, everyone is being encouraged to check their ESR records, using ‘myesr’, to ensure all personal details are correct.

Please do make sure this includes:

• Equality information
• Addresses
• Contact information

MyESR also allows you to book annual leave, check your payslips before pay day and look at your employment details which includes your continuous service in the NHS.

If your continuous service date does not look right please email Claire Bushell and this will be looked into and updated as necessary.

Managers should also check you can see the records of team members and that you are able to:

• Authorise annual leave
• Complete the appraisal process
• Input sickness absence records
