From today, the way you contact Customer Support Services via email has changed.

All employees
- Payroll related queries – email customersupportservices.sbs-e@nhs.net
- Pension related queries – email sbs-e.pensionsATSQ@nhs.net
There are no changes to the Customer Service telephone numbers.
If you need to speak to Payroll you must always call the contact centre on 0844 931 2005.
If you contact a named person via their direct line you will be advised to go through the contact centre.
