Become a Mental Health First Aider

We are happy to share another opportunity for staff to attend a two-day virtual training programme to become a certified Mental Health First Aider!

This training will teach you how to recognise the signs and symptoms of common workplace mental health issues, how to effectively guide a person towards the right mental health support and so much more.

The training will be delivered flexibly online through four 2.5 hour sessions on the following dates from 10am to 12.30pm.

  • Wednesday 6 October
  • Wednesday 13 October
  • Wednesday 20 October
  • Wednesday 27 October

You will need to attend all four sessions to qualify. Failure to attend will be chargeable of £150.

Register your place on Eventbrite.

As you may know, we already have some great Mental Health First Aiders within our CCG. If you would like to get a first hand insight into being a Mental Health First Aider, feel free to get in touch with any of our team members.

If you’re unable to attend the October sessions, there will be other opportunities to join in November 2021, January and February 2022. Please contact the Comms team if you are interested.
