Appraisal process moves online
Mid-year review period now open and available to record on ESR…
The mid-year appraisal review period is now open. You have from now until the end of December 2019 to record your mid-year review on ESR.
The usual mid-year appraisal review section of the appraisal form has been replicated on ESR so it looks and feels familiar. The key differences are:
- A drop down menu to select development needs from a very wide range of training opportunities. This will help make sure we keep our development offer up-to-date and relevant to everyone and that your training records are up-to-date in ESR
- No more need to email forms. They will be securely kept in one place and can’t be viewed by anyone else. This helps keep the information confidential
- Real time data at our fingertips to report on compliance, training needs, and talent management to create succession plans and keep maximising the potential of everyone in the CCG.

The HR and ODL team is offering training sessions to all staff on how to use the new system.
