All staff have received a 3 per cent pay increase

In recognition of the excellent work we have carried out during the pandemic, the government announced a 3 per cent pay increase for all staff, within the scope for this year’s remits (excluding any staff already covered by a multi-year pay deal).

You may have noticed an increase in your pay this month (September) as this pay award has been backdated to 1 April 2021.
