This session will raise your awareness of using emotional intelligence to manage and lead staff effectively.

At the end of the session, you will:

  • understand emotional intelligence
  • become familiar with emotions and social competences
  • understand the way emotions can drive our behaviour and impact people positively and negatively
  • gain insight into how to manage our own emotions and others especially when under pressure.
