Dr Sarah Goulding

Wellbeing during the pandemic workshop

We may have said goodbye to 2020, but we know that the next few weeks and months will continue to be busy and demanding for us all.

With this in mind and to help you look after your wellbeing and mental health during this challenging time, we’ve organised a virtual wellbeing workshop for all staff. The session, hosted by Dr Sarah Goulding, will cover:

  • strategies for staying well during the pandemic
  • tips for coping with change
  • how to work well from home
  • resources to maintain your wellbeing and signposting for where to get support

Sarah is an NHS GP and coach with a portfolio career focused on supporting doctors. She is a GP Mentor and Appraiser, as well as coaching doctors, and has a special interest in career development and wellbeing.

Sarah suffered from burnout as a GP partner and is passionate about helping other healthcare professionals to spot the signs and take proactive steps to look after themselves.

She is also featured regularly in the BMJ careers section and has presented internationally on wellbeing.

We hope you can join the session and look forward to seeing you.
