Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) workshop

Following several requests, the Information Governance team is running a series of Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) workshops.

This workshop will be of particular benefit to individuals responsible for completing PIAs.

The training is optional not compulsory.

This workshop will:

  • outline when a PIA is required
  • outline the PIA process and benefits
  • provide real life examples of previous PIAs
  • teach you how to complete a PIA
  • provide an opportunity for you to ask questions
  • enable you to complete a PIA as a group based on a case study.

Please consider your place confirmed once the IG team has sent you a diary invite to the workshop.

If you cannot attend the sessions scheduled at your own CCG, you are welcome to book onto sessions at other CCG’s.
