Exceptional customer service skills

This is a practical workshop, which aims to develop your customer service skills. You will participate in group discussions and practice scenarios, encouraging you to learn from each other.

From this course, you will learn:

  • how to manage customer complaints more effectively
  • how to view issues from the customer’s perspective
  • how to gain valuable insight into customer’s concerns with an emphasis on service and quality.
