Coping with uncertainty and change

This session will cover:

• The nature of change
• How change affects individuals
• The change curve
• Strategies for dealing with change
• Tips for thriving in ambiguity and change
• The Power of not knowing

To book your place:

1. Login to ESR
2. Go to My Learning on the left-hand side column
3. Search for ‘HWE%’ in the search box (at the top of the page) and click Go
4. Locate the workshop you want from the list and click on the yellow enrol icon
5. Click the yellow enrol icon against the date you would like to attend
6. Select the blue Apply button
7. You will receive an email confirming your booking
8. Add the webinar to your Outlook calendar. Go to the Enrolments tab on your My Learning page and select Add to Outlook on the right-hand side
9. You will receive a ‘join’ link 2 days before the workshop
