Building resilience for success

This session will include:

  • Establishing individual resilience using an assessment tool
  • The impact of stress on your body and mind
  • Discussion of the dimensions of Resilience
  • Tips for building resilience, especially in the current environment of uncertainty
  • Body Language for feeling great
  • Changing your language to enhance wellbeing
  • Identifying your mantra for living

To book your place:

  1. Login to ESR
  2. Go to My Learning on the left-hand side column
  3. Search for ‘HWE%’ in the search box (at the top of the page) and click Go
  4. Locate the workshop you want from the list and click on the yellow enrol icon
  5. Click the yellow enrol icon against the date you would like to attend
  6. Select the blue Apply button
  7. You will receive an email confirming your booking
  8. Add the webinar to your Outlook calendar. Go to the Enrolments tab on your My Learning page and select Add to Outlook on the right-hand side
  9. Your will receive a ‘join’ link 2 days before the workshop
