
Building resilience for success
This session will include:
- Establishing individual resilience using an assessment tool
- The impact of stress on your body and mind
- Discussion of the dimensions of Resilience
- Tips for building resilience, especially in the current environment of uncertainty
- Body Language for feeling great
- Changing your language to enhance wellbeing
- Identifying your mantra for living
To book your place:
- Login to ESR
- Go to My Learning on the left-hand side column
- Search for ‘HWE%’ in the search box (at the top of the page) and click Go
- Locate the workshop you want from the list and click on the yellow enrol icon
- Click the yellow enrol icon against the date you would like to attend
- Select the blue Apply button
- You will receive an email confirming your booking
- Add the webinar to your Outlook calendar. Go to the Enrolments tab on your My Learning page and select Add to Outlook on the right-hand side
- Your will receive a ‘join’ link 2 days before the workshop
