- Disconnect from the VPN. VPN limits the connection speed which will have an impact on the quality of the Webex
- Dial in at least five minutes before, so we can start promptly
- Mute your phone/device/laptop
- Use the comments button on the Webex session to ask a question or send in your comments before the meeting
- Email the Comms team with any questions for Rob, Andrew or Ian
